Why?:barnie! I’m not as fast as I can be, but there’s Jaffar, biting my toes again.
There’s Dakota running all over the yard, when she knows that it’s bedtime. I’m exhausted chasing chooks to bed! But the deed is done ✅
Ahhhhh bedtime drama - know it well! Those silkies of mine can run fast when I want them in bed!

2 fer. The ladies + 1 surprise...

Whiskey is allowed to warm (sunbathing happened, so "chill" is inappropriate) with the Ladies....still no crowing, has been nailing Kren with a beak to the back/head if Kren approaches to near... also noticed Whiskey's "eyebrow" feathers running along side his comb: they're almost as tall as his comb (half plus). Can chickens make the feathers on their heads stand up (without a crest)?

I see Gucci is snoozing in the nest box 😊, is it pelting down rain there?

We are on tap for a lovely week weather wise.

Ok well I can hear Pompei crowing guess I better get cracking and get to work🥺
It has been pouring here. Expected to rain all day today again.

I would guess that they can. I've not really noticed that before but I don't see why not.
