Gave everybody a corn mix and dried BSF larvae, Peanut got hers on the perch. She really went for the corn first, which is unusual, she must really want the calories. I got an interesting picture, look at her tongue!
Behind a spoiler because she is really naked, her pins are barely coming out. She has a totally bare belly. Only her upper neck feathers cover what is s a bare neck. She lost her tail feathers last night.

Oh no! That looks painful! I had 4 so this sort of molt this year! Is this normal? If so I am just going to have to install a heater.

Having been to Russia i didn't see much variety of food. In odoptu camp it was more American type food but in the OPC camp even the Russians complained about the quality of the food

Which is why I am glad I have a well-site at this camp! I can cook my own meals…. If I can get what I order from the camp manager! Otherwise it’s a 5 hr trip to Grand Prairie!!! Just for groceries!

That is why I intensely dislike Manitoba and Saskatchewan, always windy, and always dry.

I personally like humid hot weather, so the dry cold out here is just taxing to me. Right now my hands are just tearing off me they are so dry! It’s painful!!!

I understand flying a really cool plane. But do you want to spend your time taxiing people around in it? Do you enjoy the company of your fares?
Also, what do you mean by limited space for pilots?

The p/cp seating is hard to get into and out of. Luxury room for passengers but not for the pilots.

Todays drive was great. Straight flat roads no snow 70miles/hr most of the way (110km/hr), sometimes even up to 80 when I was sure no RCMP around hahaha.

One day I will tell you about being hauled over outside Winnipeg for speeding

Jaffar update. He had a good night sleep, but his throat was gurgling a lot. He’s now in the coop with his ladies. I’m going to start another deworming treatment for all the chooks later today

Yep - I also think the soap I used in the Flying J earlier today irritated my hands, I have the Keri Lotion slathered on hahaha.

This hotel is noisy there’s a convention centre next door! Concert so everyone is galloping down the hallway jibber jabbering… they are all finally settled but now I am awake !
