Very true, she has taught them well. With her 3 brown chicks there is just enough color variation that I can tell them apart. If it is indeed a pullet that will be my 2nd keeper. If I do end up keeping it her until this morning unnamed blue chick has a name. I will call the blue one Ducky.

I said Raven would be trouble, and now she’s got mini me‘s all over the place!

Yes, I’m on my phone, but I still have the emojis. I tried to use the app instead of Google Chrome yesterday, and it didn’t really help. Maybe today will be better!

Hmm. If you still have emojis then I am not sure. I know the site has been misbehaving over the last 2 days - someone alerted the mods to it being slow and I think someone else had this double quote issue.

Lucky is five and a half. She was from the group with Ruby, Cashew, Buttercup, Roxy and Little Mill. As you know, Ruby and Cashew are already gone.

Those losses were heartbreaking for me.

That is a good age - somehow I didn't think Little Mill was that age.

Yep! She’s had that limp for five years. It’s bothering her more lately, though. She really favors that foot.

Yep - I also think the soap I used in the Flying J earlier today irritated my hands, I have the Keri Lotion slathered on hahaha.

This hotel is noisy there’s a convention centre next door! Concert so everyone is galloping down the hallway jibber jabbering… they are all finally settled but now I am awake !

I always use my organic liquid soap, for shampoo shower hand washing as well as my clothes or I break out in a rash
