It’s soft and squishy. Doesn’t feel hot to the touch. I have touched it without her screaming at me, or biting me.The photo isn’t really sharp enough to see but I would say either abscess or tumor.
Is it hot to touch? Does it cause her pain if you touch it? Does it feel solid or tight or just soft?

Busy busy busy - we work 12hr shifts here 6 days a week.
