Crap is not a nice word 🤣😅
hahaha - Yes I bet you know your geography! :)

Toronto is a LOOONG way from Alaska - that will be a good flight! Bring lots of videos to watch! Sounds like a wonderful trip - take lots of photos too.

Here is another Tax photo... I am running out of them!
I give to you Buttercup

Oh she is enjoying the entertainment.
I have been distributing treats to distract everyone - Diana gets to eat the lion share of those.
Sometimes she sits up on a tree stump and watches them all chase each other. Like a queen watching her knights jousting for her entertainment.
She seems unperturbed by the additions and they treat her with respect. If she approaches a feeder they move out of her way so she has free access to it, but they don’t scamper and run like they do from Bernie.
I have only once see her give a little peck on the head when Babs did her whole takeover of the roosting spot. But that was pretty mild.
Bottom line, I think she is enjoying all the fun from a safe distance.
This sounds like Penelope, my cousin's old (going to be 7 yrs this year) hen that has come to live with me. It is beneath her to show any sort of drama or exertion! She is the BOSS and they all know it - she just walks calming into the group and they all part the way for her! She hasn't once ever pecked or attacked anyone - yet they all bow down to her!

She used to watch the chicks run around and play, but never once attempted to attack or harm them. I thought at some point she might get it into her head to go broody after seeing the chicks but nope! Not at all.

I am so happy for your lovely new additions - and Bernadette is likely just happy to have some playmates :)
