Interesting. I don’t eat much beef, but filet mignon is my cut if choice. Once for Christmas I made two huge filet mignon roasts from our local butcher.

However, the meat eaters in my family prefer a prime rib roast or ribeye.

Can’t beat a good prime rib steak!

Had shingles on my face - started in my front tooth of all places! extremely PAINFUL - then blisters all in my mouth and lip, crawling ants up the side of my face - ugh. To this day I still have Post Herpatic Neuralgia (fancy name for residual nerve damage).

Maybe I needed my glasses, but I looked for the hen with the abscess, and couldn’t find her. So I grabbed the closest friendly Rock and took her inside. So it’s me and BoPeeps tonight. It’s raining here again, but us two lunatics plan on staying dry!

Glad you have a room mate for the night - stay dry and safe!

You can always look tomorrow - and as I said not much you can do if it is Fowl Pox... let it run its course.... Kids, what can you do with them??!

I remember when the littles would sing me to sleep at night. And scream at me for food in the morning. I miss those brooder days. And I still want some EE’s this year. We shall see. (Ps. My temporary roof patch has held up exceptionally well.) it’s raining hard now.
