I didn't realize you were making a cultural reference - I may have slept through whatever decade it was shown as I am not familiar with it.
I missed this one too (though it was my Dad's preferred brand of shirts).

Just goes to show what Bob mentioned earlier - it is probably wise to be a bit careful.
Even that commercial ad, seems over the top to me. (Van Heusen)

Maybe Google was taking you the long way around? Head east for 30,000kms 😂 just speaking from my own navigation phone experiences. “No Siri, We will NOT turn the wrong way down a one way street! I don’t care if it takes a little longer… No! Mom! Don’t listen to her… you CANNOT turn left there, fine but you’ll see there’s a concrete divider on the highway and you can’t just turn across it here.” 🙄
Had that navigation problem myself!

Yee gads - sure hope Peavey Mart doesn't have chicks there today (hahaha) I would have to keep them in my bathtub in my room hidden away (no pets allowed out here - though the camp manager has told me 'its an open camp you can do what you want' - holy cow, she should encourage me like that hahaha!).
Just helping with camp food costs… have you seen the price of eggs? These little fluff balls are like tiny golden geese… really! 😉

That's awesome! They must have their facility on the river - what a perfect location for Ship building, protected, deep water, close to skilled labour - ideal! I will have to check out their location - always interested in maritime stuff :)
You can take the girl outta Newfoundland, but you can never take the Newfie Spirits out of the Girl… 😂

The coop has nice fresh bedding in it even in the nesting boxes and on top of the nesting boxes were I have found eggs. They have even laid on the floor of the coop. The babies are great. Had a friend over and told her I have chicks for sale. sent some eggs to my other friend to show off what I got. Got 8 eggs today. Sold 4 dozen yesterday to grandma for friends and family but I only charge her 3 dollars a dozen. She insisted on paying.

Wow, I did not know that. If it is true about the insulin, I owe them my life since I've been a type 1 insulin dependent diabetic for 23 years now.
DH corrects me this morning, there were apparently many different dog breeds involved in that, and it was a quite horrific process. But we do owe a lot of lifesaving medical procedures to beagles and many other animals as well. We can’t change the past, and hopefully we can develop better processes in the future.

I’m getting $6 a dozen from the local store, they are selling at nearly $8. I plan on gently suggesting that as they have raised the prices significantly they perhaps could pay a little more to the producer? You know the one doing all the work, buying the cartons, and feeding those chickens. Seeing as the excuse is the feed costs, and I’m the one paying that…

Can't wait till they start flying everywhere hahaha - my silkies were easy they couldn't fly worth crap - but the other chicks where everywhere! hahaha!
Leghorns fly. And fly well. I do wonder if Chiquita will teach them to fly or not? Sydney taught hers to fly right in front of me as soon as they had wings. She showed them how to fly into a tree.

It was a huge victory for the governor to get them to come here to build their ships. Great jobs.

Not to detract from the great Port of Philadelphia (which truly is a huge port), but it is not actually on the Atlantic Ocean. Pennsylvania has many miles of coast line but it is all along the Delaware Estuary or Lake Eerie.
There is a very small state called New Jersey between Pennsylvania and the Atlantic Ocean.
:tongue Miss Exact! :tongue
