@BY Bob is there a 'natural' remedy that might help with inflammation? I ask meaning in the sense of how cinnamon is good for diabetics, as it helps
some with regulating blood sugar and with insulin resistance. So, I was thinking maybe an herb that might slightly lessen inflammation, and then you could supplement that with arthritis meds during cold and/or damp weather when arthritis seems to be at it's worst?

Would need to do more research, as I'm not sure of the value of this article in particular - would want one with more data...but was thinking that leaning heavier on treats that might 'help', might help??? I personally believe that most herbs won't cure things, once you have them, but they can sometimes help as part of a overall health plan. Not sure what you think on that, and it is perfectly okay if you think otherwise. Just spitballing, 'cause I love Hattie and wish for her to live to a ripe old age with good health and a good, non-painful, old age.
