Thanks for asking Kelly. He is expecting to go home today. He rested well last night. He has to see the physical therapist and occupation therapist then his ICU doctor is expected to send him home.

I had this problem with both my battery hens, Agatha died. But thanks too @RoyalChick @RoyalChick Tina beat all the odds against her. What I administered was around an inch of "Clorrimazole" twice a day, in uk we call the same treatment "Canesten". Tina pulled through in a matter of days, but I continued this cream for 7 days.

I really hope your friend can pull her through this. Please keep us updated.

I took @bgmathteach 's advice. I bought anti-fungal cream and dropped it off at my friend's place. She was not home so I did not see Ginger. My friend said she will try the medicine. Sour crop is just my guess. I do not know what she has for sure.
