I have to . I hope she stays. There is no way she can pack her worms. Or drag her sister. The Empress would punish her for being disloyal to the Empire of Josephine, even if Felicitas says she is leaving and puts the blame on me. Josey considers me out of her law, with several exceptions.

I've missed you all.

It's late here so only a flying visit.

I haven't had a good time with my phone this week and lots of boring problems too sort out .
The weather has been scorching so I haven't taken many pictures as we've been trying too stay out of this sun.

My girls had a little outside time early hours of this morning before it heated up. So i managed a few pictures.

Hi Marie.
There is my favorite grumpy chicken. I swear she looks how I feel today. The last several days I have had to fix every meal for grandma. She has supervised and side-seat cooked every second of it. Today she got it in her head she was fixing soup. I may have managed to save it before it scorched. Walk in to see the soup boiling away to nothing and her sitting there beside the stove embroidering away. I just shook my head when she was on the phone claiming she was cooking dinner a few minutes ago.

She was complaining when I took that picture. She demands to go out the back then screams half an hour later wanting to go back out the front again i thought only cat's did that

I think she is trying to listen and make eye contact with the chicken on top without falling asleep out of boredom.

Umm, no, get it right... it's Aurora's thread, Bob is just a slave like we all are , silly

I have never tried.
I managed to get her to not pull the skin off my hand using the closed fist feeding technique. This works great until she has eaten what is in my closed fist (usually sunflower seeds) and then she starts on my knuckles.
I am thinking a stealth night maneuver with a pair of scissors might be better than a bath.

A nighttime roost attack might work.
