How many EE’s do you have?
I emailed pictures to the vet earlier, also called recently with the thought that was pus. The thing is I suspect Butters but can't be sure. But her blood work did show some inflammation at the time. I have Baytril on hand.Although not exactly classic lash egg, I do think the curd you dissected looks like pus. That could be from salpingitis or maybe infection in the gut itself given her other symptoms.
Infected pus could also be secondary to another lesion like a tumor. It is hard to rule out although an X-ray may be able to spot something.
Poor girl.
@BY Bob is the expert on antibiotics if you can access any - but if you were to try and treat her then a broad spectrum antibiotic would be best as you don't know the nature of the organism.

No SHRA tax, I wanted ideas from everyone. That is hilarious - but SHRA Tax requires more than one chicken. Does she have a friend?
I suspect that is the right antibiotic - but maybe wait until you are sure it is Butters. One way to be sure is put a paper plate under her rear end under the roost at night so it catches specifically her poop.I emailed pictures to the vet earlier, also called recently with the thought that urs pus. Evidence it's not - I've been out with them a ton today, Butters pooped twice more after that watery one, no blood or waxy stuff, and the last one looked great, well-formed, though still a light green and bits of things in it. Did you birds poop that color when on Exact? Or you used something else? I don't remember, it might have been @micstrachan ...I suspect that is the right antibiotic - but maybe wait until you are sure it is Butters. I used a different brand but probably similar.Evidence it's not - I've been out with them a ton today, Butters pooped twice more after that watery one, no blood or waxy stuff, and the last one looked great, well-formed, though still a light green and bits of things in it. No, it's actually birth control for men. When I was a child, my mother would tell us that aspirin is a good birth control pill. She told my sister that all she needed to do was hold the aspirin between her closed legs!(That’s an old joke)

I wondered where you had been! Looking forward to good pictures! Happy Hatchday Russell!Sorry for my short absence- School has been keeping me very busy. Although, it is my birthday today. I got many chicken shirts, a pair of chicken earrings, a swing for the chooks, and cowgirl boots that have chooks on them! I also got a new phone... no more awful pictures from Pastel! Well, I need to set up my phone, and I need to ask you all for a favor. Keep my two guineas that passed away in mind. Today is their hatchday. Also wish their brother that I have, Russell, a happy hatchday!
