She's losing her tiny feathers, what could this mean? She's lost feathers before but I have never seen this before.

Moulting, some start with small feathers, other large one - and then there are the ‘let’s just go naked’ ones that drop them all!!

It got real cold here. It seems Gaby and Felicitas came to a agreement to just drop all their feathers as fast as possible. Gaby now has a pin butt not a fluffy butt.

First Egg

While I can’t say for certain the two small eggs I have been getting are Muffy’s, I can say that today’s egg is from her, so I am making today’s egg her first.

I love Havoc’s beard also she sure is a lovely girl.

Tuff sure is gorgeous I hope he stays a good boy, he looks like a real keeper

I feel for Lark, it’s not a great time of the year to moult, hopefully she grows her feathers back fast.

And one of the School Chicks - Butterscotch, someone pecked her comb and it bled all over her topknot. She should be laying very soon.
