Thank you @RoyalChick and @featherhead007 , at least I am not crazy in thinking this is a aggressive hen. I hope she does not progress to flogging. This is new for me. If it was a boy, I know how to handle it to keep it from escalating most times. I do have to wonder if some of those same tricks will work with a hen? It is also definitely Dottie doing this. I can tell them apart because Spot has more white spots while Dottie has fewer. Spot, just watches her sister and me but is more inclined to watch what is going on in her world. She is not in your face friendly, but with her alertness she is first in line when food is being handed out.

You have to be careful, some suspects can be dangerous, while others are not. You never can tell!
