Happy Mugs Monday!
Eli is contemplating her life decisions (meaning why she let me catch her) Also, she was holding my hand I am so happy that she has settled in. I’m sure it was odd for her to be rehomed and it took a while for her to become part of the flock. Now she and BBQ are allies when it comes to chasing the babies.

Ruby is my favorite chick. She has such a calm, friendly personality. She comes up to me and wants to cuddle.

Gumbo has grown so much. It’s scary how big he is. He’s almost the size of Pastel.

Opal is also a sweet baby. I’m still not sure what she is. Perhaps I’m seeing a slight beard, or just feathers under her chin?

Crystal’s face is very red. They are almost 5 months old. She has a really pretty pattern.

Lovely boxes! Awesome that they are using them. Can you send them over to tell my girls that nesting boxes are nice and not evil things to be avoided at all costs

You need a big pile of straw! Guaranteed they will all lay their eggs up there!

Reposting these mugs. I woke up to 4 inches of white trash on the ground and it is still falling. Not running outside with the camera. Winter Wonderland my foot.

Reposting a very old mugshot for Monday because I forgot my phone when I went out to serve unfrozen water to the Princesses and I may not summon up the courage to go out in that cold again!

Thanks! I started with stage curtains as the model: rings on the fascia board and ropes to pull them up. Then I was thinking how to get them to go out at an angle and flag poles came into my mind.
Maybe Bernie also needs a flag like Aurora has!

So, my mom said that I could get the silkies. When I reached out to the owner, I found out that they were rehomed on Thursday. I am so bummed out. I really wanted them, and I was so happy to finally get silkies. I keep telling myself that it’s only two more months until I get my Polishes.
