Here's Josey the Leghorn. She has gotten more friendly with my lap over time. I still have to catch her and that's hard, but she will sit on my lap now. Truly intelligent.

I haven't had waffles in ages

Every spring I look at my Maples here and think ‘I should tap those trees’, then I remember how much sap is required to make just 1 litre of syrup. AND how much time it takes to boil it down, so the trees remain untapped.

Edit: I don’t mean the Ponypoor and tax part to be offending. I’m not quite sure how it would be, but I’m pretty sure that Canada has higher taxes… blah blah blah. That boring stuff. I mean it because she is always asking for tax.
