What breed are Crystal and Opal? They look like Bielefelders to me but I'm not sure.

Haha, the fact that you knew why I was grounded and I didn’t even say… wait, did I say?

Opal is a Bielefelder, but I have no idea what Crystal is. She has white earlobes and she lays dark brown eggs. They were both supposed to be Easter Eggers.

Splotch gave me a double yolk egg today. I’m pretty sure it’s the first one I’ve ever gotten.
The darker one in the left is the double yolk egg, and the lighter one of the right is one of her normal eggs. I cooked it and had it for dinner.

And here are the yolks. It’s crazy to think that this came out of my smallest hen…

I thought it would be about grades, because of earlier posts.
I wouldn't be surprised if you found out that Crystal is a Bielefelder, they look very much alike. Nice looking hens anyway!
