Yes. It is the 21 days leading up to that. I worry for her health. Maybe next time she will be better - but this time she only ever left the nest if hauled out by me or encouraged out by Piglet when they were broody together.
Right now she is determined to hatch a length of 2x4 I provided in jail, but at least I saw her eat.

Well, if she can hatch wood from that wood, it might be good considering the price of wood.

It is alright I know what he is saying, and I know it is his way for attempt at humour. It’s all good.

And in a gallows humour sort of way, I have actually told my sister and BIL to go make my neighbour an offer for his place, it’s getting right run down, the soffits are falling down, the back window is somehow broke and has a sheet of plywood in it. The backyard is a dump of old insulation from when he had a flood downstairs. The grass hasn’t been mowed in yrs. It’s a shame as the people who built it had it custom built.

I told my BIL make him an offer and kick him to the curb. It would be very handy having them next door.

If I had money I'd buy all the land up out there in Far East El Paso. They keep building a zillion distribution centers and I'd rather see a farm there.

I do understand that there do need to be centers and stuff, but there are so many now, that it is insane.

I love Alex and 99 percent of the time his humor.
Be it right or wrong my way is to support as much as possible but a good telling off is sometimes the way to go. I've had to take it on the chin at times and it's the best way too go IMHO. We have to consider other people and their feelings.
