It’s been cold and windy all day here. Brrrr! Yesterday it was hot and humid summer. Today it was cold breezy autumn. Ridiculous the wild swings this year.

A Long Visit

Hattie and I are having a long visit this morning after her medicine. She's very quiet today. It's nice when friends can spend time together without having to chat constantly.

Good morning Pretty Hen and Mr Bob.

My Hooman tells me that Pretty Hen is very likely my Aunt and that I look like you, I was wondering if it was ok for me to call you Auntie Hattie? My Hooman calls me Laverne, she laughs and tells me I am a Lavender Laverne. She also calls my brother Shirley-your-Shorty, she thinks she’s clever and funny.

Anyways my Hooman tells me to always respect my elders even when they peck me in the head - Marty I think is just plain mean she pecks me in the head all the time.

If you would be so kind as to let me call you Auntie Hattie that would be wonderful.
