Same here! Just pouring down outside!
I wanted to get updated pictures of the boys for my cousin, she is still trying to convince her hubby to get a second roo for the flock.
Miserable here yesterday and today, heavy rainfall warnings are in place for here.

The chooks won’t be going out tomorrow when I get home I bet, they are wimps.

I guess I need to face the fact winter is on the way. Soon the chooks will only get to go outside on nice days up on mount poopmore.

Spent too long soaking in the rain setting this up. Chased them under it three times, now it's up to them to use it. See who is missing? Yep the adults are all safe and snoozing in the big coop...View attachment 3950836View attachment 3950837
I will be mounting that white tarp on top of the run when I get a chance.
Yep can’t reason with youngsters! They know everything.

i have lost two as well, however one was 96 and the other was in their 60s-70s and was very overweight. Thankfully my family seems to deal with it well.

I will do my best. I honestly don’t feel sick whatsoever. I just took one because my dad has had it for a couple of days and my voice is gone and I have a bad sounding cough.
When our symptoms 1st started it wasn't bad the 1st couple days so we didn't think it was bad. But we did bed rest anyway & the symptoms got worse after a few more days so it was good to bedrest immediately. Our friend who died thought he just had another asthma episode & kept on working a few more days so he got hit hard not taking precautions right away. This is his parrot we babysat while he was hospitalized.
