Full cup of tea ain't good at night ~ Too many wakeups for the bathroom thru the night for me! I go to sleep to a radio that softly blocks out other interruptive noises. Otherwise every barking dog, meowing mating cats, honking horn, chattering mockingbird, etc will keep me awake or jolt me out of sleep!Can’t sleepDogs barking at a distance. My chamomile tea ain’t cutting it.
I only take a probiotic in the evening around 6 or 7 p.m. w/ no more liquids afterwards to prevent nighttime bathroom interruptions.
I believe a time-release melatonin supplement that gently releases into the body all thru the night is good but so far the radio works for this old lass!
