And...Versace has a sprained tail? It's flopping to the side. Is it from me tucking his tail inside the coop when I put him to bed last night?

It definitely was standing up yesterday.

No fireman. He put himself up there, he can get himself down.

My chickens run around too when my pocket camera is ready to click! BTW how did you know he was up in the tree?

He ran up it while I was out there

He's looking at the flock of starlings on the end of the branches. They took off he bounced around a bit then started down...then paused and looked at me (the other pic). I laughed at him and walked back to the house. He was trying to trip me up before I got the the stone steps.

Goodness - that doesn't look right! There is a condition called wry tail - I don't know if it looks like that or not.
