Happy Fluffy Butt Friday everyone.

Poor Piglet lost her entire tail overnight and Bernie no longer has enough feathers to cover her big bulging crop. Calypso is practicing her dance moves and doesn’t seem to be molting at all - as far as I can tell at least.

Hi BG. Thanks for asking, I'm doing much better. I changed doctors and he greatly improved my care. Swapped medicine, has me seeing a nutritionist and has a long term plan for my health. My numbers are in the lower 100s now so our next visit he'll address my cholesterol and slightly hi BP. I feel great mentally and physically again. I've dropped some weight and looking forward to being under 300 again soon. On these pretty days I'm outside messing with dogs n chickens and honey dogs. I hope that you and yours are doing great 😁

Mine are on a 20% ‘plume’ feed all the time. But today grass seems to be the preferred food. Mostly it has died in the drought but there are some stubborn bits holding on.

I hear you on the moulting. Just when I think everyone is done a new one starts dropping feathers!

I didn’t even get the pleasure of hauling those 2 offending feathers of Rose’s out, she hauled them out overnight for me!

But I have my fingers crossed for Mr P, hoping he will get his fancy tail grown back in by New Year!
