😁
My dream pot is a 5 qt (4-6) stainless steel pot with a glass straining lid and metal or metal/ silicone handles. Bonus points if the lid locks in place and or the pot is full clad vs just the bottom. And well under $100.00
Its a tough find. This is at the top of my list at the moment: https://a.co/d/bsuwRwb

I have one similar to that and it’s great to be able to drain from the pot, potatoes carrots etc.

If she goes broody this time, I might try to break her... I don't know for sure. She's still so young. We're definitely not introducing any new chicks yet, we don't have the space.

We don't have a wire dog crate, or anything to use as a broody jail, really. Though we might be able to find one cheap enough. So I'll keep an eye on sales around here.
A small dog crate is a very good investment. Not just for broody breaking, but for any time you need to keep a bird separate.

It folds flat when you don't need it and takes up very little space.

I also should add I got it for my portable induction cooktop I bring to camp with me. I needed pots and pans that have a ferrous metal base for the induction to work.

My next stove will be an induction cooktop.

This little fart and Mr P have been getting into it lately
