I caught a glimpse of something while skimming the thread the other day. I think it was a question on whether or not it was appropriate to refer to people as "hillbillies". 
I now have time to reply to that.
Here we celebrate hillbillies.
	
	
We have a carnival, a parade and so much more. We celebrate this festival hard because it was started many years ago by member of the "Shriners for children" hospital. To this day a good chunk of the proceeds go towards this charity and hospital.
