Pretty much everything we eat is GMO. Anything that's different from how it originally grew/evolved is GMO. Yellow corn is GMO, any tomato other than heirloom is GMO, heck, our chickens are GMO!

GMO isn't anything scary or unhealthy, it just means we selectively bred for looks, flavor, size, etc. ;)
Well sort of. Most of what you describe is the result of selective breeding. Technically selective breeding is genetic modification, but the term GMO is more usually used to mean when an organism's genetics are altered using genetic engineering technology, such as CRISPR, and not via breeding (selective or otherwise).
So by the broadest definition of GMO you are definitely right, almost everything we encounter has been modified. But I think the narrower meaning that excludes breeding from the definition is more commonly used now.
All that said, I am with you. I think the fear of GMO is misplaced. I am much more worried about pesticides on my food!
Interestingly the Cornish Cross, which many (including me) feel should not really exist, is not GMO in the genetic engineering sense, but a result of simple breeding.

And tax for GMO talk: Calypso and Tassels (who is no longer broody)!

I eat everything, but I have a craving for a chocolate bar at the moment - 9am though so that would be unhealthy - wouldn’t it?!

I am blaming my cravings on the cold weather! And need to keep warm!

I advice you to search for s few good (science/research) articles. Bc what you say is not correct.

GMO is not the same as improved with selection. GMO is artificial genetic manipulated.

Not all GMO crops but some (especially corn and soy) are developed for resistance to poisons. That way the large scale farmer can spray lots on poison on the field that kills all unwanted weeds. In the corn and soy are still large quantities of poison ( residues ) . The people that work on these fields or live nearby often get serious heath problems. Pregnant woman have many miscarriages and babies with handicaps.

I consider chocolate to be one of the basic breakfast food groups along with eggs and left-over-dinner-from-the-night-before.

I have been wanting to do this for some time now. I knew once I started doing this there would be no going back. So I am now diving in and I hope you all enjoy coming along for the ride.

First of all let me tell you how we view our flock as that will help you to understand why we treat them like we do.

Our birds are our pets and we treat them as such. We do not care if someone is not laying eggs. They are welcome to stay at Fluffy Butt Acres until they pass naturally. (Now don't go telling them that! I would hate for word to get out) We do thoroughly enjoy the fresh eggs.

I plan to tell stories from the past as well as from today. I hope you all enjoy and will share stories of your flocks as well.
Wow! Good luck with your business!
