I tried splinting and bandages for Sweet Coco, but she just pecked it off.

Long ago I learnt with the horses to just go with the flow, some would accept wraps and dressings, some were good on stall rest.

Others were complete nincompoops! I stopped stressing about it and opted for a ‘let’s see how it goes’ attitude. Most times it went ok. Whenever it needed more drastic measures I just dealt with it.

Yes, but I feel like my thread is over run with silkie lovers. Where are my polish peeps at?

We will be hatching some Tolbunts when I make the trade with Marbles new owner. And of course, I will need Marble babies too.

This little one with those blue eyes, possibly a boy, named Dean, after my father. If not a boy, then the name is DeanaView attachment 4126577
Hurray! Blue eyes! You'll be so glad to save those blue eye pics.

Our Dom chicks had blue eyes but when the pupils enlarge less of the blue shows

Dean if it's a boy & Deana (pronounced Dee'na?) if it's a girl? Decades ago I had a sweet friend named Dina (Dee'na).

Love your pics...but still don't see one of Coco's leg. Is it too hard for her to pose? Don't if she hurts💕
In time! A lady like Coco, prefers her privacy. But I will try again later. Right now it’s Deana that I am bonding with. I love this little chick, but I love my sister even more.

No ponies for Sunday but my daughter and I spent this morning just doing some chicken sitting and watching so I have a some photos to share.
