Good morning everyone. Unfortunately, Blondie isn't doing any better. I brought her in the house this morning and she seems to be having a hard time balancing and standing up. She tried walking on her knuckles? But eventually fell when she did a little hop. I don't think it's Marek's disease but it is concerning as to how her legs look when she's standing up. Oh, and she keeps closing her eyes.

I'll have a video of her later today. I'm not sure if her eating the worms caused all this or if she has a parasite.

Life is hard for my chickens here, they are enjoying the steak that I prepared for them. Some don’t like the steak, so I have beans and cheese burritos for them. Watermelon for dessert. The holdouts get corn on the cob

Rant!!! My local pastor is vacationing in Cancun Mexico. That’s my vacation destination!! At least he has the decency to pick up the phone when I call! But he’s there and I’m not!! I had a carton of fresh eggs for him and his family. I’m so let down

I just received a phone call from my neighbor. She said that one of my chooks is acting strangely. I asked her to describe what she saw from the fence line? She was in a panic and told me that one of my birds was in a hole and was trying to bury itself! I went outside and saw Nacho dust bathing near the front door.
I politely thanked her for the concern, and told Nacho not to bathe where hoomans can see her. I’m in the house now still laughing

I’m sorry to say this, but it’s not a joke.
My brother has lost his child to cancer today. I was notified only minutes ago. We were hoping that an experimental drug would work to kill off the cancer cells, but it didn’t work. He passed away today, a few hours ago. May you rest in the eternal arms of the angels Levi. The family loved you and we will see you again someday.
