It was over 100F here yesterday. We ran the sprinkler for the girls. Probably today too.

I know. But for 2.5 million $ dollars, you get the house, 2 barns, and 5 acres very close to town

Nice try! If you'd take 200K we might consider it (taxes alone would kill us on our fixed income ). As it is, we're paying tax on our Northern property but a LOT less than Central for sure. Location location location as the realtors say!
