Lost a silkie yesterday

I am several days behind on reading this thread, and it is difficult to write because I am still having a lot of trouble with my hands. But needed to tell y’all that Snowball died suddenly yesterday for no apparent reason. She was only 5 months old.

I will miss you my fluffy white feather duster.

It also comes from California...lol

I remember when someone tried to hide a field of it when I was kid. It was near our favorite swimming hole. It finally got busted. That was over 45 years ago.

It’s very sad that some people resort to drugs for pickmeup, when there ar so many beautiful chickens to enjoy out there!

As a law enforcement officer, I thought that I could save the world from the evil that life presents itself. What I found out was that I had to witness the aftermath of the crimes committed and recorded what I had seen. I didn’t save anybody!
But hey, I saved a lot of chickens

It's very sad! It's also sad and criminal how those people like to drag kids into it. I experienced that first hand.

A tax to help think of happier things.

My son was a LEO, WSP. He said he dealt with 85% of the worst population, 95% of the time. Sad he got sick and it ended his career, but glad he's out of law enforcement.
