Ive never seen such happier chooks than this morning. Everyone waiting at the coop door waiting to get out. New rain, new bugs…. No problem! But I heard a frantic chirp I couldn’t find the source

Gosh I hope my kiddies get the really nice lacing on their feathers like Tilly. Right now they are rather splotchy.

Lacing really grows in ugly duckling style: not much to look at, not much to look at, then overnight GORGEOUS.

I can’t seem to get a good picture but Mr. Chips is developing bright green feathers in his tail and some around his shoulders.
They are much brighter green than these picture show.

Missing two of the babies? I hope that they show back up. Nacho still has her cute little one. And Xzit is enjoying some corn for her breakfast

Will be picking up B vitamins today. NiNi and Snowball are doing well, both devoured the cat food and NiNi is trying to move around and stand up a little.

I spread birdseed or chicken feed here to keep them out of the garage when I fill buckets, now they wait here for me!

Xzit wasn’t eating enough, so I went to the coop and brought Coco (her sister) in to eat too.
Sorry folks, now I only see many stripes before my eyes. Such beautiful birds.
