Everyone is molting at one stage or the other. Mayhem in the coop. Restless Rockettes falling from their perches. Mr Wyandottey isn’t helping, and I told him so today. All the birds are on “feather fixer” feed, with some scratch and safflower seed for treats.

Nothing is too high for this lot!

I meant too high for you to reach them easily to remove for snuggles!. But at least they aren't roosting in the rafters(yet!).

Geronimo is clearly considering the rafters. She did fly onto my head yesterday. Not as a friendly gesture - I stood up in her flight path!
