Hen or Rooster?!?

We had a Hen go broodie, and had her be a surrogate on some fertilized eggs. They are mixed breed (I think Barred Rock and Buff). Two were born on May 2, one on May 4th. The city I live in doesn't allow roosters, and I am trying to decide what we hatched. I suspect two roosters and one hen. What are your thoughts?

At 9 weeks any with prominent red combs are male. Individual close up shots of each bird would help but yes, it would appear you have 2 cockerels at least. There isn't a clear shot of the third one's comb to be certain it's a pullet, but it looks like it.

Two cockerels and a pullet. Mixed breeds a few generations back. Barred Rock in the mix, but it's a generation or two back.
