I feel like the whole thing was serious and I'd personally be freaking out but I tend to over think and always side with caution. Is it feasible for this ducks foot to fully recover? I just can't imagine doing it without a vet or having that type of experience.
This duck has a very good chance of making a recovery if it can be kept clean and free of infection.

They can fully grow the webbing back and everything?

No, the missing pieces won't grow back, but if it heals completely and ends up looking more like a chickens foot, he can still have good quality of life...

The worry is, since the wound went down to bone and ligaments that a breach in the bone could have introduced infection inside that might not have been affected by a rinse of peroxide... that infection can multiply inside the bone, unseen in the flesh and spread throughout the bone structure and thus the entire body that way...

Btw, personally I don't think peroxide does as much good as many think it does... that's why I prefer clear iodine or betadine instead...

I don't believe the webbing will grow back. When wrapping him up, I do lay everything out and try to put everything back where it should be.. maybe just hoping it'll reattach itself. if I can just get the swelling down, or maybe just be patient I think he will be ok. I know he'll have a limp. I just want him to get better.
I do understand this is only advice and I thank everyone for it. I as well tend to be over cautious and want to know about every possibility that can/could happen. I really do hope and pray we can keep him infection free and help him heal the best he can.

I am also not trying to alarm the OP, but just to make aware all sides of the views... and possibilities that could be the cause of swelling... so far, in my experience, poultry that has swelling has a cause, and isn't like us (human mammals) that can have swelling from being off their feet for extended periods of time...

I could very well be wrong about that and just haven't seen it...

I didn't think so either. Just trying to educate myself :). I wish you and your feathered baby all the best. Would recommend an exotic/avian vet at least for a phone call to see what they say.
