Update on my babies:
They were all up this morning getting along amazingly. Hazel has now taken charge and keeps the others in line. That will change but hopefully she will treat them where they can free range safely and to come home to roost at night.

Update on the chicks roosting at night:
They still haven't got the hang of it but Hazel has been sleeping with them so it seems that they have grown closer over the last week.
I did give them all a big cuddle when I got home from work today.

Hazel's Voice Changing:
A few weeks ago Hazel's chirping more like an adult chicken. It is super cute but she has just started to get the hang of the sound. Before it sounded so funny. She makes me smile every day.

Weather Update:
At the moment its a 40% chance it will rain on Thursday but we are also working out a way we can use our dam water to water our plants and soon to be vegetable garden.
