UPS driver parked ON THE STREET and trudged his arse through the snow in our front yard to deliver the packages to our porch. Our USPS dude, even on the BEST of days, will rubber band packages to our mailbox that is located on a busy rural road. If the package is REALLY to big for him to do that, he'll come up the circular drive and SLOW DOWN enough to drop the package *somewhere* around our automatic garage door. We've found packages by the light post (not even close), on top of the cars (in the rain), under the cars (where they slid), etc.

We had one package dropped 3 houses away, on the other side of the street at the end of the driveway for a house that was just being built. That was the fed ex guy. Our mailman lives our neighborhood, so we don't get crappy deliveries from him. He even remembered to bring the crawling chicken treats to the front door today. Hopping ones should be here Friday.
