Complaint box: approximately 13 years ago while shopping with my mother in law, I made the statement how pretty the Lenox Winter Greetings china was. Initially I was excited when she gave me a few pieces, I had never had china. Then I kept getting pieces, the enthusiasm started to decline. The pieces are “Winter” not year round china! Fast forward 13 years. I just got 2 boxes of cardinal ornaments and last week I got a leather cardinal purse Lady, I have cardinal everything running out my arse! I enjoy looking at birds, but good grief woman!!!

I sent her pictures and names of a year round china I was going to start collecting. HINT HINT! Didn’t work. Sigh. More freakin cardinal crap keeps showing up. How about some chicken stuff?!?!?!

I now look for chicken stuff everywhere and what I stumble across I'm not wild about.
I want COOL Chicken stuff!
... and the money to afford it!

That would probably be the problem we have a small door with chicken wire that's mainly for the ventilation

Try drilling a few holes up near the top about half inch in size and if you don't need that much you can plug it up with a paper towel later

I think it is dependent on breed my Dominiques lay matte, sandpaper textured eggs (one routinely has dark spots). My Dom crosses lay smoother, darker colored eggs.
