My girls have been laying better this week. I got 11 yesterday so looks like they will keep it up.......finally.

Weird thing with pickled eggs........they turn a brilliant yellow.
I thought it was neat. I dropped a few in a jar of garlic pickle juice when I took the last pickle out.
Kinda cool.......I wonder about the science behind the color change.......

Sriracha ones don't. Are you putting mustard in them I'm pretty sure mustard turns the eggs yellow...

No mustard at all. I simply dropped a few in existing pickle juice and stuck it in the fridge.
Maybe the existing juice had some in it.....
