Sara did it! She hatched all 3!
This is one dedicated momma. I took eggs from her for a week before she said she wasn't giving up, no matter how long she had to wait me out. Finally let her keep 6. Around day 18, I blocked her in so others couldn't get to her and the chicks. Well, she got out, but couldn't get back in. Eggs got too cold and died. So I gave her 3 that I had just put in the incubator. So this poor girl has been sitting for a good 6-7 weeks.

Landlord had Bob Whites for bird dog training. They make the funniest noises. They are native here and I’d love to hatch some and release them. Bring the population back.
They are like popcorn. Chickens hatch and have to dry and get their bearings. Quail hatch and take off running. 3 Bob White eggs fit in one cup of a carton for chicken eggs.
 
They run through here with their chicks,looks like a little quail train.:) Got my eggs set, still waiting on one from Tucks to slip in, I've got one of hers but I'm trying two of each. Cross your fingers Hobo and the doodle have been sneaky. :fl

Congrats on the sales. I found a bator over in Delaware, hoping the guy is going to ship it to me.

They are so cute!!!! Are the little feather-feet yellow and blue ones the frizzled splash BCs? (is that what mine will look like when they hatch?) And the stripey little chipmunkey ones OEGB??
