I hope that rain leaves you alone today!

I did battle with a squirrel about where the onions belonged one year. Very frustrating to keep replanting them.

Daffodils. The bulbs are bitter so planting them on the outside of a flower bed or mixed with bulbs you want -- generally stops critters. Not sure that would work on chickens though.

Momma to 4 Bantams!!!

TSC for food. Checked out the chickies and duckies and poor widdle bantams they only had 4 left.... they looked sooooooooooo lonely..... so DH got them for me!

So cute Smuv! Happy Easter early! Hell would freeze over before hubby offered to buy me chicks. Did you know i never had an easter pet as a kid? Or as an adult. So NEVER. This year i ordered my own, quail shipping Monday!

Not the best pic, but it's the only one we have that shows her at that age.

The wing thing is real, and it worked for us. I've talked with other people who have had good accuracy percentages, too, and breed didn't seem to matter.

Smuv, the chipmunk one looks like a female, probably silver duckwing OEGB. The black and buff look feather footed??? Mayne cochin or d'uccle? Can't tell if any have beards.

Chipmunk is the only one without feathers and it looks like 3 toes on that one. Give me JUST a lil bit to get pics of them all.
