Official Squatch Watchers

Well, Sara has given up the motherly reins, and deserted the babies last night. She went to roost, they were huddled in the corner of the run. I've been helping them inside every evening, then she usually follows, but no-go last night. It was already cold, we got just below freezing last night, so I brought her babies inside. Almost 5 weeks old, but sill so tiny... I just couldn't leave them outside.

OMG they look just like mine! (well duh, I wonder why, lol!)

Poor little babies. They are so cute, and so tiny....they just melt your heart with their smallness, cuteness, and fearlessness! I think besides d'Uccles, these guys are my ultimate favorite breed. I don't think I will ever be without Seramas now. There is something really special about them. :love:love:love

Yes we are and it sure does wreak havoc on the intestines

Ugh, sorry bout that, little Suzi pooper! Luckily, we didn't experience that, but is one of the most common side effects. Sending you virtual hugs :hugs and cases of toilet paper!

Oh I've got a funny for you guys.

I told my DH that I was going outside to mess with the chickens and he said "Oh, going out for a chick-me-up?"

:lau:gig:lau:gig

I meant to tell you guys yesterday but I forgot how it went so I asked him just now, he told me again, and said "I'm surprised you haven't shared that with your chicken co-dependents yet."

*Glare* :lau:gig:lau:gig
