I've always heard the hairless cats are very high maintenance. They need bathed regularly to remove oils then need sunblock and or sweaters.
There are other allergy friendly breeds. It's generally the dander that gets people, not the hair.
Just my 2 cents.

Everybody roosted tonight, had to play elevator for them but they did it! Early thought he was going to sleep on Hobo's roost with her uh,no son lol! The one thing nobody gets to do and my boy tried it ,he failed miserably but he tried it. I had to pet him to calm his little man nerves. He's got his dad's smarts.

I got the turkey tractor frame outside today. Now its pouring. But i think the paint was dry before the rain started.
And i cut and painted the door frame for one end, and the plywood to go on it.

And the frame for the double quail brooder is assembled and painted. As you can see, the wire bottom is attached. And the plywood back is painted, just needs a tiny trim on one side.

He's biggest and he is trying out his little jerk training wheels but if he get pecked he just cries and cries. I have to hold him and pet his neck, he streaches out and simmers down. I honestly think he is a little slow. He's either going to be awesome or a nightmare I just don't know yet.

water, water, water here means extra laps to the 'rest room.' Wonder why it's called that.
If you stay in the rest room to long, you have a mob pounding on the door.

This has been a crap year so far. After losing Jaiden in January, we lost our ham, Ruby, on mother's day. It was horrible, I held her as she died. And today I had to take my majestic beast in. This morning my mom found a scary amount of blood on the floor in the bathroom. The vet agreed it was time, which makes me feel better about the decision, but doesn't make it any easier. Jasmine was 17. The weighed her and she had lost 1 lb in the past month. The aid offered some options, but they would just be a bandaid on a gunshot wound. It was time. They had these awesome boxes that looked like a little coffin. My dad used the backhoe to dig a spot for her next to Ruby. Kids are devastated.. as they where the last 2 times, but this time more so. They grew up w Jasmine, my favorite. When ever they'd ask which child is my favorite I'd always say Jaz.
I really hope if any of these chicks hatch that they all make it, we really can't handle any more death right now.
