New trophy point ladder

Well, we put 15 BH and 12 RIW chicks into the brooder last night so now we have 30 new BH. And we have a mystery poult that showed up in with my roosters earlier in the week. Looks to be a Nari, but have no clue where it came from or how.
Thanks for the trophy link RJ! Now I know why I woke up "crowing" this morning :gig

Well, I’m all set up to kill 6 roosters today. The most I’ve ever tried. 3 of them are worth the effort, but my 3 New Hampshire/Dominique black sex link roosters are almost too small to be worth it. So, I’m going to take the wings, neck, breasts and legs and throw the intact torso into the gut bucket.
 NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO makes good bone broth... :barnie:rant
I part them out and save that part until I have enough to fill the pot.... you can roast in the oven to brown and gets good flavor and then simmer or crockpot to make the broth

I usually do this too, but evisceration takes sooooo long for me to do. If there an easier way to eviscerate, I’m all ears.

Would cracking the chest open with kitchen sheers work?

I know nothing about home butchery BUT when I have broken down store bought chicken I use kitchen shears for a lot of the work. Cutting out the backbone and cutting through the ribs in front are both really easy with shears. I would think that if you cut out the back bone, and/or cut through the ribs near where they connect to the keel bone that would open things up quickly
