I had one of those but literally wore it out on the last dog.
I’m considering getting another one. In the meantime I hit a great yard sale right befor I got cooper and a lady sold me three brand new looking gates for $5 (total)

I’m lucky that cooper is so very food driven.
Also the kitten has figured out all the dang baby gates we have everywhere and scales them like spider man leaving cooper in his dust.
I keep telling myself , “what’s a little more chaos?”

Jonah -on the other hand- is over the moon to have a new napping buddy.

That cat fits right in! I am glad that they are getting along.

No coon! Wtf? Maybe my crazy display worked better than I thought but i'm still not stopping looking for it. Bright side hubs had been watching me coop the ladies and gentlemen and has realised they aren't just "chickens" they are dumb little feather people. @staceyj That kitty looks like he's full of trouble, he's cute but totally full of himself. But like you said, what's a little more chaos.:)

I have the gate on the stairs so I had to have a walk through. Most of the time it’s open anyway. I shut it when I leave so puppies don’t get tempted by kitty poop snacks.
