No grand babies here either.

I have a grand puppy though.

She's sweet but can wear me out.

Sable ate her chicken and rice like it was the best thing ever. So far it's staying down.
We are post meal 35 minutes.

It's both awesome and sad when they grow up. Your adults are really sweet so the kids should be pretty sweet too.
You are a great chicken parent by the way.

Aww thanks lol! I really enjoy my kids big and small...even Marlene. I hate that they're getting big but in a way i'm glad I worry to death about them when they're little.

Got the kids to follow me to the coop instead of crateing them to the coop tonight. Well everybody but Sallie and she tried but couldn't figure out the step. They're growing up on me. Next step roosting with the big girls or at least loose in the coop. Won't be long either, they're already snubbing my little stick roost.

At 3 months mine still refuse to roost! I have low smaller roosts. Nope. I had to block off where they had been hiding out. They kept getting pooped on.
Got a molt started here too. My oldest girl, a leghorn, always starts early. Poor thing has 2 tail feathers left.

X2, i worry about brooder lights going out. I unplugged 2 bators today, it was painful! 3 still going. Not worrying about collecting guinea eggs until the week before the big swap.

Bunch of weirdos!

Sable's meal is still staying down! Pushing an hour now. She was looking for more too.

Tomorrow will show a lot on if meals will stay down and if reheated chicken and rice are acceptable.

I just found out I’m going to be a Nonna again. #3 for us.

First one is a granddaughter from my middle child... my step son. She’s 4 and a total hoot.

Second one is my only blood one, my son’s daughter. She’s 9 months old and puts the biggest smiles on my face.

Now my step-son’s girlfriend just found out she’s pregnant. Different mother from the first grand, thank goodness he dumped that crazy witch.
