Instead of hanging out by the lean-to, the turkeys were eyeing the hoop coop this evening. I herded 6 of them into their own coop and caught the 7th. So they are getting closer to where they should be.

How tall are your turkeys?Instead of hanging out by the lean-to, the turkeys were eyeing the hoop coop this evening. I herded 6 of them into their own coop and caught the 7th. So they are getting closer to where they should be.![]()
Such sweet babies.
Got the kids to follow me to the coop instead of crateing them to the coop tonight. Well everybody but Sallie and she tried but couldn't figure out the step. They're growing up on me. Next step roosting with the big girls or at least loose in the coop. Won't be long either, they're already snubbing my little stick roost.![]()
I’m loving being a part of this “gang” and hearing about all your baby chicks !Lol, spoiled sweet babies spoiled totally rotten.![]()
Oh WOW! They’re cute! Some are still smallish, others are huge.View attachment 1520331

I wish I could have more chickens but it’s just not feasible here. I live in fear that my crazy neighbor will call the HOA on me and then the po-po will roll up at my front door and tell me my girls have to go.
So chicken math for me has been the sad kind.
Subtraction. First we lost Margaret Tate and then poor “Broody Dory” had to go live with the librarian so she could fulfill her mama dreams. So I’m permanently stuck at 4 loved and spoiled rotten girls!
The other thing I enjoy are the human baby pictures.
My kids are growing/grown up but there are no grandkids in sight. I really get a lot of enjoyment from watching @RedHead Rae’s MD and @Hope Hughes babies growing!
You should see them run and fly to see me! They are really neat birds. I still need to sell one or 2 males.Oh WOW! They’re cute!
Awesome! I have 4 in the same family!I just found out I’m going to be a Nonna again. #3 for us.
First one is a granddaughter from my middle child... my step son. She’s 4 and a total hoot.
Second one is my only blood one, my son’s daughter. She’s 9 months old and puts the biggest smiles on my face.
Now my step-son’s girlfriend just found out she’s pregnant. Different mother from the first grand, thank goodness he dumped that crazy witch.
