We've been wanting to go for a really long time so it's nice that it can be part of something else that we HAVE to do. I don't swim, but both my kids love water way too much so I'm sure they'll have a blast.

Thanks! I'll keep that in mind when we're planning. Someone I work w/ mentioned Dollywood, but my kids don't really like amusement parks. Crossville doesn't seem too far from where we'll be.
its been a while since we’ve been there but Dollywood is fun even for people who aren’t “ride people” plus the shows are great and the food is too.

Also the knoxville zoo is fun. That’s about 30-40 minutes from pigeon forge I think.

Been busy today. Cream Puff is doing better. She sure is salty but feeling better. Mackerel for breakfast. :sick
The 2 girls are too funny. Worse then kids. Don’t want to share a dish but if I hand feed one the other is sure it must be something better so has to have it.
I am so glad they are eating well for you!
How did they like the mackerel today? Any better?
You you feed it to the room temperature or do you warm it up?
I’ve been busy today too while the weather is nice. I washed all my windows on the outside of the house and the old pupper as well.
I’m gonna be all kinds of stiff tomorrow.

I gave it to them out of the can the other day, so room temp. They didn’t want it.
This morning I got it out of the fridge and brought it down. They ate it.
Who knows. They are weird. Cream Puff seemed to do better when I left the light on. There are windows in the basement but I guess that’s not bright enough.

Happy Halloween! I'm the dark derp queen! Well i'm about to be lol! :)

I have a weird thing happening. At this same time last year my D'ucclle starting sneezing and sounded very congested. I immediately brought her in the house, treated her with Vet RX under each wing and on her head and throat. Fed her some canned mackeral and kept her inside and away from the other chickens for 6 days. She did fine, ate and drank well, so I put her back out with her friends. Nobody else ever got sick and she continued sneezing ever since. When we have them out in the yard, DH and I always snicker cuz we always know where she is cuz we can hear her sneeze. Anywho.........she starting sounding gurgly and congested again....exactly like last year and same time of year. So I brought her in again and did the same things I did last time. That was 2 days ago. Her comb is still bright red, no fluid in nose or eyes and she is eating and drinking fine and seems fine otherwise. I don't get it??? Nobody else is sick......could she have allergies? Wth??
