Official Squatch Watchers

Oh wow, when a deep fryer goes bad it really goes bad!
Old fry daddy about caught on fire, thermostat didn't cut off ...talk about some delicious smelling smoke though.:caf

I am assuming the only casualty is the fry daddy.....

OMG! That is so cheap! That stuff is 4.99 for the sticks here we don't even have the tubs!
Ok, my husband has been body snatched.
He didn't say anything negative about the eggs AND added three more Rene's....i'm scared.
Maybe my logic of putting that many in there got through, he's even all jazzed about the mutts.
I would love for my husband to be like that!

Hey guys. I had a crazy busy day here. Worked almost 10 hours and made a run to the bank. We found out this morning that doing two houses with only room for one septic system has gotten us in a little bit of trouble with the health codes of the county. We were also supposed to get a perc test done for septic before the houses were moved on to the property. Of course, we knew none of this. No one told us this is how things are supposed to work.

Fortunately the health inspector lady is very reasonable and stated she is of the mindset that people should be able to do what they want with their property. However, there are rules. The reasoning for having the rules about shared septic is because if the lot gets subdivided, one house or the other is "orphaned" from the septic system or well. So we had to write up an affidavit of intent of use stating that we originally wanted a single home on the property and we will be treating the two houses as an "extended family complex". We also state that if we ever do sell the other trailer that it will be moved from the property as we have no intentions of subdividing our land.

:he I just want to get all this done and overwith.
