They were part of my meyers order but on the "not hatching list". Family Farm and Home had them as pullets for sale cause they were a little older. Not even $5 a chick. From Hoover I believe. Someone else went in to buy chicks for a lone hatchling so hit the 6 quota and asked if I wanted the Spitz.

"Um, yeah!" Love their little mohawks.

The kids finally don't scream at roost time. I still get little rooster screams going into the carrier but that is it.
No idea why the boys do that, you'd think I was killing them.

I got him an appointment with the endocrinologist for next Thursday. We should have the additional blood test results by then.

He is NOT going to be happy about those costs.

Holy bananas it is $500 for the initial appointment.

It has already been $400 this week before meds.

It would be nice if the price could be negotiated. Maybe a discount for not having to process Insurance?
