The house is gonna be set up like this:

Main bedroom for me and DH, main bedroom BATH is MINEMINEMINE

2nd bedroom for kiddo

House bathroom for kiddo and DH

3rd bedroom becomes THE MAN CAVE with dh and kiddos vidyuh games and surround sound schtuff.

Downstairs will be moms bathroom, kitchen, living room and 1 bedroom. The 2nd bedroom will be an extra room for guests and there is an office off that bedroom I am turning into our food pantry.


Although we will own 8+ acres, currently the owners lease I think about 6 acres out to someone who uses it to grow corn, wheat and hay. Once we sign the papers we'll be speaking with the gentleman since he still wants to rent the land out.

Let him rent the land for a few more years and use the money to pay the mortgage...duh.

Then boot him and buy horses and cows!

ACTUALLY, DH is working as an Assistant Manager at Zaxby's right now. We plan on having this home sold ASAP... and once that happens, DH can quit Zaxbys and go work at Casey Jones Distillery! Damn alcoholic......
 
A SQUATCH WATCHER is a group of people who had been following a thread about a feral chicken, nicknamed a SQUATCH, after sasquatch, because the OP was the only person who had the *sightings* of the Squatch. So far, a roo has been discovered, but no hen.
