:barnie:he:mad:

It appears that my desktop, which is an all in one dell with a touch screen has a dead screen. I’ve done a hard restart twice. NOTHING.

:hit

The dang thing is only a year and a half old.
I could conceivably hook up another monitor to the HDMI port to see if it is more than that. I might try that tomorrow.

Do you see the dell logo on Startup? I might suspect the update to the new 1903 version of windows. It can cause very slow startups that appear to be a crash. I saw a dell do this last week.

Definitely see if Dell will provide support

sounds like that worked out well :yesss:
Couldn't have asked for better.:)

Needless to say, bio security!

With new castle disease here in CA, I would not be happy if someone showed up with hens at my place
I wasn't thrilled but she ment well. I'm pretty sure she has no idea what biosecurity is she's pretty old school.;)

Dell support sucks in the worst way, last resort very last resort. :(

That is a good idea. Can you get it repaired under a guarantee?
I doubt it. I think the guarantee has expired.

I saw nothing, nada. I will definitely call Dell to see if there is anything that can be done.
